Where I hold and store information about you.
You would have contacted me via email, Facebook, Instagram, or phone to inquire about my services. I need to know who you are and how to contact you to serve you the best I can. When hiring me, I will ask for details about you and your baby or children, including their ages. Your information is kept on my password-encrypted computer and is not shared with anyone. I will use your information to contact you before the shoot to discuss and confirm details and will hold onto it until you have chosen, paid for and received your images. After this, I may delete your contact details, or you can opt-in to receive information on future promotions. At any time after opting in, you can request that your contact details be deleted, and they will be. To access a private gallery of images online, I will email you a link & password.

Storing & Backing Up Images
During the shoot, your images are recorded on a memory card inside the camera. I transfer these raw images to a hard drive linked to my password-encrypted computer to process them. Then, they are backed up onto another hard drive for protection. I select a portion of the images and edit them; the rest are deleted.

Once you have chosen and paid for your product, I will store the edited JPEGs for safekeeping should you need a reprint in the future and for me to use for marketing. However, I do not guarantee the backup of your chosen JPEGs after 5 years. Therefore, please back up the digital copies you purchased in several places.

Email
Regarding your photo session, I will contact you via text, email, IM, or phone. Your details are kept on 17hats, a system created for photographers to help with workflow. Should I contact you directly regarding promotions, you will be invited to be added rather than added automatically.

Social Media

Use of Images: Facebook, Instagram, Website.
Before your session, you can access my standard client agreement form online, and you will also have a copy sent in an email. On session day, I will ask you to sign a copy of the agreement, including permission to use your images for marketing, including my website, Instagram or Facebook. This form can be amended if you prefer not to share some or all of your pictures publicly. You can opt-out anytime, but remember that images posted on social media platforms, copied and shared by others may still be accessible. To change your permissions, please inform me via email.

Models - Promotional Model Calls & Competition Winners
Competition winners or model calls that opt out of images required for marketing will be charged the appropriate session/package fee and costs of any products received.
