This section outlines basic business policies relating to payments, the privacy of your financial details and returns policies.
The session fee is required on booking in order to reserve your date, this is done by taking your card details over the phone. The session fee includes up to 4 family members. There is a £15 charge for each additional person. Family pets may be included, but require an additional fee and must be discussed beforehand.
Travel covers to 25 miles from zip code CF10, 50 pence per mile exceeding that.
Costs due to clients location choice including parking and entrance fees must be covered by the client.
Parents are responsible for the safety of themselves and their children at all times.
Your photo session fee is payable at the time of booking. If payment is not received within 2 days, we reserve the right to offer the date and time to another client. The session fee is not refundable in the case of cancellation by the client.
Sessions can be rescheduled twice with 48 hours notice at no extra cost. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will incur an additional charge of £45. No shows forfeit the session retainer altogether. Rescheduled dates must be within 30 days of original session date for family sessions and 7 days for a of newborn sessions.
In the unlikely event that PBL is unable to perform due to fire, an act of god, illness or accident or any cause beyond our control, your session retainer will be returned. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on our part. If a refund is applicable it will be processed within 14 days of cancellation by the method of original payment.
Complete and full payment is required at the time of ordering your presentation products with a minimum order of £250. Payment plans over 3 months are available on all orders over £500. Orders can not be delivered until full payment is made. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for your orders to arrive from time of payment. Additional time may be needed for specialist items such as frames/and organic bloom frames etc. All orders will be either personally delivered or sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once your images and products are ordered they may not be returned. All sales final and non-returnable because of the custom nature of each session.
The private gallery will expire after 4 days. There is a small fee of £15 re-upload the gallery or make changes to it after the expiration date.
Photography By Lorna currently accepts the following methods of payment: All major credit cards, bank transfer, cash, and paypal to email@example.com, financial information relating to your payment transaction are not kept.
Important ~ all images are the property of Photography By Lorna and are copyrighted by law. Please note your photos may be used on Photography By Lorna photography webpage as well as on any advertising or marketing material including social media. A copy of the full session terms & conditions / consent form can be printed in advance here.
I am obliged to explain the following:-
• Upon viewing my work via my website and facebook, you have decided to invest in my services to photograph you and your family because you are confident that I can give you the results that you will cherish.
• There is no knowing what photos will be produced from this endeavour simply because this is an event in the future.
• As an artist, I reserve the right to artistically interpret what I see and in what ways I choose to photograph the scene. This may mean that some shots are in colour and some are in black and white. This is my interpretation and my vision as an artist.
