Family Photography Cardiff | Cosmeston Lake

Sisters Amy and Sian wanted to book a photo session and create a beautiful gift for their parents, what a wonderful idea for a Christmas present. We selected Cosmeston lake because it was close to them and a place they loved to visit. It’s so lovely there no matter what time of the year it is. I love to take my boys to feed the swans.
It was a lot of fun working with a one-year old that lived up to her redhead reputation of being gorgeous and feisty. We took a lovely walk around the path, it was really lovely, after we set down to take a few shots in the boardwalk, the odd dog walker stopped and patiently waited for us to finish up. It was a very relaxed session with such lovely ladies and the sweetest little girls. We all had an amazing time playing in the leaves and finally ending up in the play park. We were so lucky with the weather.

Being around three boys for the most part, this session was a lot of fun for me. I find girls so easy to photograph. Especially when they are like this, full of fun and, well… totally gorgeous.
