MINI SESSIONS
What's The Difference Between A Classic And A Mini Photo Session?
A Mini Studio Session differs significantly from a one-to-one style of the "Classic Session" in that several babies are photographed for a shorter period, one after the other, on the same day. It does not include outfit changes or parent portraits; the dates and times offered are limited.
These come around a few times a year as specials, usually scheduled a few weeks before the holidays like Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Valentine's and Mother's Day or Father's Day and themed sets or props used. Other opportunities will be due to a group booking of several people on the same day, e.g. at least three babies from a baby group with age-appropriate babies booking together.
A mini-session is an excellent opportunity to update your portraits for a milestone or special-themed shoot. It also offers a chance to purchase a few gorgeous portraits at a lower price, ideal for a fantastic gift for your partner, family, and friends.
How Long Is A Mini Session?
The session is 20-35 minutes long, fun, and full of giggles with my funky little chicken friend. The time cannot exceed 35 minutes as we need to prepare for the next client. Classic sessions would be longer and offer clothing changes.
Note: If your child is very reserved and has been diagnosed with learning difficulties, a Classic one-on-one session may be needed so we have more time to get to know each other.
